Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or Corrections.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience using surveillance cameras and monitoring software.
• Multitask and perform under pressure in GSOC environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak on the phone and radio while documenting information.
• Critical thinking and decisive decision-making.
• High attention to detail and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, in real time.
• Identify, assess, and respond to security incidents and escalate as necessary.
• Communicate clearly via phone and radio with internal teams and external partners.
• Document and report incidents with accuracy and detail.
• Maintain situational awareness across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Follow established protocols and emergency response guidelines.
• Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Support GSOC operations with professionalism and urgency.
