Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a highly motivated GSOC Operator to monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems in real time. You will communicate via phone and radio, document incidents, and maintain situational awareness across multiple systems in a fast-paced GSOC environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in security or related fields, strong computer skills, and experience with surveillance software. Military experience may qualify for higher starting pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Security, Law Enforcement, or Corrections.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with surveillance cameras and monitoring software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, in real time
• Identify, assess, and respond to security incidents and elevate as necessary
• Communicate clearly via phone and radio with internal teams and external partners
• Document and report incidents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain situational awareness across multiple systems
• Follow established protocols, procedures, and emergency response guidelines
• Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors and stakeholders
• Support overall GSOC operations with professionalism and urgency
