Job summary

Control Risks is seeking dedicated GSOC Operators to join our security program, providing alarm monitoring and rapid response to safeguard onsite assets and personnel for a global technology client.

The role features a Tuesday-Saturday 07:00-15:00 shift with coverage across 24/7/365 operations on a 5x8 schedule, requiring weekend and holiday work. You will monitor CCTV, access control and alarms, coordinate responses, and document incidents for analysis.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in GSOC, Security Operations, or similar in the technology sector.
• Degree preferred in History, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related fields.
• Knowledge of security systems, incident response protocols, and emergency management.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect and respond to threats.
• Conduct real-time incident assessments and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document incidents with actions and outcomes for future reference.
• Support execution of security protocols as directed by leadership.
• Engage in regular training to stay updated on security trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security processes and incident response.
