Job summary

Specialized Global Security Operations Center in Plano, Texas is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control across client locations. You will identify threats, assess activity, and coordinate responses using Aurix, the proprietary platform.

The role requires calm under pressure, strict adherence to SOPs, accurate incident logging, and timely communication. You will work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays, with licensing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in GSOC, SOC, command center or dispatch.
• Familiarity with CCTV/VMS, access control and life-safety systems.
• Strong communication, judgment, and ability to work 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV/video management systems (VMS), intrusion alarms, access control, and life-safety systems across multiple client locations.
• Identify potential security threats, assess alarm activity, and resolve false alarms per procedures.
• Answer routine and emergency calls, radio communications, and duress signals with professional assistance.
• Dispatch security officers, field supervisors, response teams, and, when needed, police, fire, and EMS personnel.
• Follow established response protocols and escalation procedures for incident types.
• Triage and prioritize multiple incidents, maintaining situational awareness.
• Monitor real-time intelligence from open-source and third-party feeds for events affecting personnel or facilities.
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate supervisor or team per escalation matrices.
• Document incidents thoroughly in activity logs and reports for review and audit.
