Texas Instruments is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator to join our team and support the protection of our people, facilities, and operations. In this role, you will operate at the center of TI’s enterprise security environment, providing real-time monitoring, situational awareness, and incident coordination across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring integrated security platforms and coordinating incidents.
• Ability to interpret alarms, determine credibility, and prioritize responses.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for incident records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and events from access control, intrusion, video, fire/life safety, and environmental systems.
• Assess credibility and severity of events and coordinate responses with site teams.
• Coordinate dispatch of on-site or contracted resources and escalate as needed.
• Serve as central communications hub for security incidents across facilities.
• Maintain incident timelines, evidence handling, and post-incident analysis.
