  • Capture, preserve, and manage digital evidence in accordance with policy, legal, regulatory, and privacy standards.
  • Support internal investigations through video review, access control data, and detailed incident documentation.
  • Operate and monitor integrated GSOC platforms, including video management systems (VMS), access control systems (ACS), alarm monitoring platforms, and incident/case management systems.
  • Utilize AI-enabled analytics and automation workflows to triage, route, and elevate incidents efficiently.
  • Identify system outages, degradation, or performance issues and elevate to security engineering or IT teams.
  • Support onboarding, adoption, and operational use of new security technologies as part of GSOC maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Support situational awareness and threat assessment using drone and remote surveillance platforms, where applicable.
  • Review drone-generated alerts, imagery, and data to support response and investigations in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce accurate, timely, and detailed incident and event reports.
  • Ensure proper incident categorization, severity assignment, and closure in accordance with standardized procedures.
  • Support GSOC metrics, trend analysis, and performance reporting to drive operational excellence.
