Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises, the largest club within the AAA federation, is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor, verify, and respond to safety and security incidents in a 24/7 environment. Under supervision you will use access control, alarm, CCTV, and intelligence platforms to identify and escalate risks affecting employees and assets.

You will assess emergencies, communicate with stakeholders, prepare incident reports, and stay composed in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of security or alarm industry experience in a professional setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication for clear reports and customer service.
Experience following policies and procedures with accuracy and detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with multiple IT systems and programs simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with initiative in high-pressure situations.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
GSOC open 24/7/365; ability to work varied shifts including Nights/Weekends/Holidays.

Responsibilities

Assess and respond to emergencies quickly and professionally while monitoring multiple systems and elevating risks.
Answer calls, provide world-class customer service, and assist employees with safety concerns.
Monitor security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV, intelligence platforms) and dispatch as needed.
Prepare reports, document activities, and follow procedures while investigating incidents.
Independently monitor open-source intelligence and media to identify emerging threats.
