Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a mid-level Global Security Operations Center Analyst to support and enhance GSOC functions by analyzing incidents, coordinating responses, and communicating with stakeholders. Under the GSOC Manager, you will apply SOPs, best practices, and response protocols to protect people, assets, and the organization’s brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security studies or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years' GSOC, Security Communications center, or call center experience
• Experience with threat monitoring, video monitoring, alarm response, asset monitoring, escalation protocols, and security technology suites (COP, SIEM, SOAR)

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs and GSOC processes under the direction of the GSOC Manager
• Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders during incidents
• Analyze security reports and logs, and act to maximize GSOC value
• Escalate critical event information and ensure accurate reporting
• Assist in emergency incidents and crisis situations under pressure
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments with deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and professional judgment in communications
• Receive and respond to incident and non‑emergency communications from employees, vendors, and law enforcement
