Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience within a GSOC, Security Communications center, or call center environment.
• Experience with threat monitoring, video, camera monitoring, alarm response, and escalation protocols.
• Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency.

• Perform analysis of security reports and take action to ensure maximum value delivery.
