Qualifications

• 2+ years in GSOC, security operations, intelligence analysis, or risk monitoring.
• Experience leading shifts or coordinating complex security incidents.
• Strong understanding of global threat landscapes and risk.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift decision-making for GSOC operations and coordinate team.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
• Conduct shift briefings, pass downs, and align operational goals.
• Maintain life-safety monitoring and crisis tracking oversight.
• Audit active monitoring streams and operator workflows.
• Supervise training and shift drills for staff.
