Job summary

Prosegur Global Risk Services (GRS) is seeking a Global Security Risk Intelligence Lead to direct GSOC operations supporting Sony Interactive Entertainment. The on-site Lead directs analysts, manages incidents, and ensures continuous monitoring, escalation, and SOP adherence across global security operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in GSOC or security operations, strong threat knowledge, and proven decision-making under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GSOC, security operations, intelligence analysis, or risk monitoring experience.
• Proven ability to lead shifts or coordinate complex security incidents.
• Strong understanding of global threat landscapes (crime, geopolitics, natural disasters).
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift decision-maker for all GSOC operations.
• Direct and manage GSOC Analysts during assigned shifts.
• Ensure SOPs, SLAs, and escalation protocols are followed.
• Lead incident coordination, risk assessments, and timely reporting.
• Liaise with emergency services and corporate stakeholders.
