Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a GSOC Analyst to monitor and analyze global events impacting SPE employees, assets, and operations. The role covers the afternoon shift and cross-functions within GSOC and Global Threat Management, including alarm monitoring, dispatch, and service call coordination.

The candidate will produce risk assessments and briefings, support executives with travel risk insights, and maintain critical incident data and contacts.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence, GSOC, emergency dispatch, watch center, or command center environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced settings.
• Excellent cross-team coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global events (weather, security, geopolitics) and uplift incidents per GSOC protocols.
• Dispatch security to service calls and coordinate emergency response; monitor alarms and CCTV.
• Produce risk assessments, incident alerts, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead location and talent risk assessments, crime reports, and incident assessments as needed.
• Maintain and update GSOC distribution lists, location coordinates, and POC databases.
