Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking an on-site GSOC Assistant Supervisor in Corsicana, TX to lead a 24/7 security operations team. You will monitor security systems, coordinate calls for service, and ensure adherence to policies while reporting to the GSOC Supervisor.

The role requires strong communication, judgment, and a customer-focused approach. Regular 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts include weekends; on-site responsibilities include incident response and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Two years in public emergency services, private security, or related field preferred.
• Military experience preferred.
• Associate degree or relevant certification in IT/Cybersecurity or related field preferred.
• Experience with mass communication systems, access control, CCTV, and security tech preferred.
• English speaking/writing required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Security Operations Center Operators.
• Mentor and coach the team to improve skills and performance.
• Manage attendance, punctuality, and scheduling for team members.
• Coordinate with management and conduct daily briefings and training.
• Provide incident response and security monitoring for internal and external customers.
• Operate dispatch and security systems, CAD, and radios to relay critical information.
