Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Personal Security Program Manager to support the GSIS function. You will work under the Protective Service Senior Manager to execute defined policies, processes, and reporting, and to surface decisions beyond your scope when needed.

You will help maintain the policy library, contribute to documentation and training materials, and support cross-functional projects of low to moderate complexity.

Qualifications

• Experience in or adjacent to corporate/physical security program management.
• Documentation, playbooks, or training materials experience.
• Ability to draft clear security concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the policy and procedure library for GSIS sub-domains, following the manager's framework.
• Support GSIS metrics and reporting with defined cadence updates.
• Execute tasks in build-out of new capabilities under close direction.
• Act as first point of contact for low-complexity stakeholder requests within domain.
• Contribute to audit-ready documentation within your scope.
• Support cross-functional GSIS projects, owning specific workstreams.
