Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Personal Security Program Manager to support the Global Safety, Intelligence & Security (GSIS) function. You will work under clear scope to execute policy, process, and reporting tasks that enable the function to scale, collaborating with practiced security professionals and cross-functional teams.

You will maintain policy libraries, support metrics reporting, and contribute to build-out of new capabilities under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Program management experience in corporate security or closely related field.
• Experience drafting and maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to write clearly for both specialists and non-specialists.
• Comfort executing within a defined scope and escalating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GSIS sub-domain policy and procedure library.
• Support GSIS metrics and reporting within defined cadence.
• Contribute to build-out of new capabilities under direction of senior staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for low-complexity stakeholder requests.
• Create audit-ready documentation within scope and standards.
• Support cross-functional GSIS projects with defined workstreams.
