Job summary

Anthropic seeks an Executive Services Program Manager to own the end to end flow for a personal security program inside the Global Safety, Intelligence and Security (GSIS) function. Location for this role is Boston, MA; Remote Friendly with travel required.

You will orchestrate intake activities, maintain policy and procedure libraries, and design operational status reports tracking GSIS metrics health. You will build net new capabilities with senior management and create audit-ready materials

Qualifications

• Program management experience in corporate or physical security.
• Experience creating documentation, playbooks, or training materials used operationally.
• Familiarity with GSIS disciplines (e.g., intelligence analysis, threat assessment, investigations, executive protection, SOC).
• Written policies and procedures that withstand review and remain actionable.
• Ability to communicate security topics clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
• Ability to work within defined scope and escalate when needed.
• Commitment to Anthropic's mission and security considerations for frontier AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate intake activities for GSIS sub domains and maintain policy libraries.
• Design and distribute operational status reports tracking GSIS metrics.
• Build new capabilities with senior management and own related documentation and training assets.
• Serve as first point of contact for lower complexity security requests and route complex cases with context.
• Craft audit-ready materials using standard templates and ensure documentation is current.
• Partner on cross-functional GSIS initiatives and manage defined workstreams across locations.
• Support security programs spanning multiple locations and regional structures.
