Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Personal Security Program Manager to support the GSIS function. You will execute defined security policies and reporting, while collaborating with practitioners and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Reporting to the Protective Service Senior Manager, you’ll contribute to documentation, training materials, and metrics, operating within a clear scope and escalating where needed. Location-based hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate/physical security programs or related domains.
• Ability to document security concepts for varied audiences.
• Comfort executing within a defined scope and escalating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the policy and procedure library for the GSIS sub-domain within framework guidelines.
• Support the GSIS metrics and reporting framework with regular updates.
• Execute tasks in building new capabilities under direction; contribute to docs and training.
• Serve as first point of contact for low-complexity stakeholder requests; route others with context.
• Contribute to audit-ready documentation within scope; follow templates and standards.
• Support cross-functional GSIS projects, owning specific workstreams within a project.
