Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Personal Security Program Manager to support GSIS functions in San Francisco. The role interfaces with Corporate Security and requires program discipline, policy execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work within a defined framework, execute plans, and surface issues for timely decisions. You will be involved in maintaining policy libraries, supporting metrics and reporting, and building out capabilities with clear direction from leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management within corporate/physical security.
• Contributed to security playbooks, documentation, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policy and procedure library for GSIS sub-domains, following manager-defined framework.
• Support GSIS metrics and reporting with defined cadence updates.
• Execute build-out tasks for new capabilities under close supervision; assist with docs and training materials.
• Serve as first point of contact for low-complexity stakeholder requests within your domain, escalating others with context.
• Contribute to audit-ready documentation within your scope following templates and standards.
• Support cross-functional GSIS projects, owning specific workstreams rather than overall scope.
