Qualifications

• Have program management experience in or adjacent to the corporate/physical security domain.
• Contributed to a personal security program or capability build in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with GSIS domains and ability to build fluency in others.
• Supported the development of policies, procedures, or documentation.
• Write clearly and document security concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policy and procedure library for GSIS sub-domains following framework.
• Support GSIS metrics and reporting framework with defined cadences.
• Execute build-out tasks for new capabilities under direction from senior roles.
• Act as first point of contact for low-complexity stakeholder requests.
• Contribute to audit-ready documentation within scope and standards.
• Support cross-functional GSIS projects by owning specific workstreams.
