Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking early-career engineers to design and develop tooling and fixtures for engines, lunar and new glenn programs. You will work with design, manufacturing and integration teams to deliver cradle-to-grave tooling solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering and recently graduated or will start by Fall 2026, with hands-on internship or co-op experience in design and manufacturing environments. Seattle area locations preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or related field.
• Recent graduate or within year of graduation and able to start Fall 2026.
• Fundamentals of design including requirements, material selection, form factors, interface definition.

Responsibilities

• Design production, development, test, integration, and advanced manufacturing tooling for engines and related units.
• Integrate concepts of mechanical design across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Create drawings following ASME Y14.5 standards and ensure design quality.
