Job summary

Two Six Technologies seeks a Growth VP for the Intelligence Community, leading SAEs and driving bookings, revenue, and pipeline growth. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on coaching across Growth, Capability Units, Engineering, Product, Capture, and Program Delivery.

Hybrid role based in Arlington or Herndon, VA with travel as needed; security clearance required; active Secret level (TS/SCI preferred) indicated.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Intelligence and Defense growth leadership.
• 10+ years supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Proven success leading high-performing sales or growth organizations.
• Ability to achieve bookings and revenue growth across complex portfolios.
• Experience with executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, DFARS, OTA, SBIR).
• Experience leading large, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic captures exceeding $25M.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of AI, Cyber, Information Operations, Mission Software, Autonomous Systems, or related national security technologies.
