Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Intelligence and Defense growth leadership.
• 10+ years supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Proven success leading high-performing sales or growth organizations.
• Ability to achieve bookings and revenue growth across complex portfolios.
• Experience with executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, DFARS, OTA, SBIR).
• Experience leading large, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic captures exceeding $25M.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of AI, Cyber, Information Operations, Mission Software, Autonomous Systems, or related national security technologies.

Two Six Technologies is looking for a Vice President of Growth for the Intelligence Community. You will serve as the Growth executive leader for the Intelligence Community and will be accountable for achieving portfolio bookings, revenue, pipeline, and customer growth objectives. You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives (SAEs), establish growth strategy across the portfolio, and ensure disciplined execution of the Two Six Growth operating model.

As the Growth VP, you will balance strategic leadership with operational execution by coaching account teams, engaging executive customer leadership, shaping high-value opportunities, and aligning resources across Growth, Capability Units, Engineering, Product, Capture, and Program Delivery.

The Growth VP is responsible for building a predictable growth engine while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer success.

This is a hybrid position working from our headquarters offices in Arlington or Herndon, VA and traveling as needed.

What You Will Need

Security Clearance Needed

Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

$250,000 - $340,000 USD
