Job summary

RealTalk is seeking a driven trainer to lead live Zoom workshops and in-person sessions for Phoenix-area real estate agents. You will own the agent training program, deliver clear demos, and grow RealTalk adoption through partnerships with brokerages and industry events.

You’ll work with the Head of Growth, manage sessions from setup to follow-up, and help new agents get started with RealTalk. This is a full-time, hybrid role in Phoenix with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading live Zoom or webinar trainings and managing screen-share demos.
• Excellent communicator: positive, friendly, and patient with tech-nervous users.
• Startup-hungry with comfort in regular change.

Responsibilities

• Lead live Zoom workshops for groups of 10 to 100+ agents across brokerages and events.
• Deliver practical demos agents can follow and use independently.
• Lead in-person workshops at brokerages and industry events.
• Engage with agents, answer questions, and manage audience interactions.
