Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver new hire training for a growing team in Scottsdale. You will lead Talent Development projects, partner with stakeholders, and craft engaging training content to accelerate ramp time and improve performance.

You will design presentations, create executive summaries with measurable impact, and leverage AI-enabled methods to enhance learning across diverse learners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Learning & Development training experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with a learning management system (LMS).
• Excellent interpersonal and in-person delivery skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data for leadership.
• Ability to write instructional text and scripts.
• Familiarity with AI tools in instructional design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and administer new hire training for all new associates.
• Maintain training content, curriculums and materials.
• Lead project management and delivery for Talent Development.
• Design effective presentations and teaching aids.
• Create leadership overviews with success measures and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business needs.
• Monitor training outcomes and report to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training logistics (scheduling, resources, collaboration).
