Job summary

RealTalk in Phoenix is hiring a Real Estate Agent Success & Growth Manager to lead live workshops for real estate agents, grow RealTalk across the Phoenix market, and build strong relationships with brokerages and partners. The role combines virtual and in-person training, with a focus on driving adoption of our AI-assisted real estate workflow platform.

Qualifications

• Lead live Zoom workshops for groups of agents (10 to 100+).
• Deliver practical demos agents can follow after training.
• Excellent communication and patient instruction with tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead live Zoom workshops for groups of agents, managing screen-share demos, chat, Q&A, and keeping remote audiences engaged.
• Deliver clear, practical demos that agents can follow and use on their own.
• Lead in-person workshops at brokerages and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokerages and industry partners to create workshop opportunities.
• Attend agent events and represent RealTalk at industry gatherings.
