• Graduate from Team Launch.
• Execute Team lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks and activities in Team Technology.
• Conduct four open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

We have been licensed since 2007 and we run our business with Keller Williams Realty, so you get the technology, marketing, and training of a national brand with the standards of a tight team. Your week here has a shape to it: lead generation, follow up, script practice, and open houses, with a coach who looks at the numbers with you and tells you the truth. We are looking for agents who want to be held to a standard, and who want a career they are still building in ten years.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Team Launch
• Execute Team lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
