Qualifications

• 7+ years of learning and development training experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with a learning management system (LMS).
• Exceptional interpersonal and in-person delivery skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and provide leadership insights.
• Curious learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to write effective instructional text and scripts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation for instructional design.
