You’ll own outbound strategy across email and LinkedIn, measure results, and partner with Marketing to scale the demand engine that fuels advisor recruitment.

Qualifications

• You are AI-native and fluent with outbound stack (Clay, HubSpot, email/LinkedIn tools).
• You have a nose for effective cold messaging and can differentiate true personalization.
• You’re comfortable owning a number and driving results.
• You’re early in your career but ready to grow into growth ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound volume by improving sequencing, enrichment, and data quality.
• Evaluate and optimize the outbound tools ecosystem (HubSpot, Clay, FINTRX).
• Build and run personalized-at-scale email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Write outreach that earns replies and avoids generic mail merges.
• Own the booked meetings metrics and report with the Head of Marketing.
