Job summary

Domain Financial Services seeks a Head of Marketing & Growth to set and execute the company’s growth strategy. You will build the engine driving demand, brand awareness, and product adoption, positioning Domain as a leader in AI-powered financial planning.

You will own omni-channel campaigns, refine narrative for the RIA community, and collaborate with product/engineering to launch features and optimize onboarding. A data-driven startup mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in financial services or fintech.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with marketing automation/CRM proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for advisor and wealth management audiences.
• Proven ability to run growth experiments and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Engine: design, execute, and scale omni-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality pipeline for the BD team.
• Craft the Narrative: refine positioning and messaging to communicate the AI-driven value to the RIA community.
• Content & Thought Leadership: create content, whitepapers, and webinars that challenge industry conventions.
• Product Marketing: collaborate with product/engineering to launch features and enable sales with tools.
• Data-Driven Optimization: set KPIs, track funnel metrics, and run experiments to optimize CAC and conversion.
• Be a Strategic Leader: align marketing initiatives with overall revenue goals.
