SERHANT. in Southern California is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. This role serves as a key support function in recruitment and expansion efforts, acting as the first point of contact for prospective agents and coordinating outreach and onboarding.

You will work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to drive engagement, manage CRM records, and help build a scalable talent pipeline in expanding markets.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionals at all levels.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships and qualify candidates.
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagement and outreach to potential real estate agents and generate growth opportunities.
• Schedule recruitment pitches and coordinate meetings with senior leaders in expansion markets.
• Manage recruitment CRM records and serve as the first contact for leads from the CEO.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers to refine prospecting strategies and follow-up communications.
