Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Talent Lead to supercharge our recruiting function. This is a fully remote, individual-contributor role focused on end-to-end sourcing, screening, and closing for a broad set of roles including Growth, AI, SWE, Product, and clinical positions.

You will influence hiring strategy, build outbound pipelines, and work with global leaders to accelerate growth. You will report to the Head of Talent and collaborate with a small Talent Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, closing).
• Ability to build and manage high-quality outbound pipelines.
• Proven track record hiring for senior leaders across multiple domains.
• Strong judgment to distinguish exceptional candidates from the rest.
• Comfort with fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles (Growth, AI, SWE, Product, Clinical).
• Build repeatable sourcing engines and run outbound campaigns.
• Calibrate hiring bars and improve interview processes with leadership input.
• Maintain clean pipelines and candidate communications in ATS never stalling time-to-hire.
• Close candidates and manage comp discussions to signed offers.
