Qualifications

• Proven experience in consulting engagements with measurable impact.
• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within an industry-specific context.
• Shape and sell customer growth work spanning strategy and Song practices.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities matching needs and market shifts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities via customer insight and market analysis.
• Apply protocols to rapidly test and validate concepts with real and synthetic input.
• Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact and scalability.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
• Mentor and coach team members to strengthen strategic and client engagement skills.
