Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy and operations or growth.
• Fluent SQL, comfortable with large datasets, and ability to derive clear recommendations.
• Experience running growth or conversion experiments and measuring impact.
• Versatile, able to switch between analysis, customer conversations, and process building.

Responsibilities

• Own the self-serve funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, retention.
• Go deep on data: size problems, segment users, measure lift, build dashboards.
• Work directly with customers: email outreach, resolve issues, proactive support.
• Translate issues into patterns and flag them to product/engineering with severity and impact.
• Improve reliability: address order defects, POS issues, and delivery problems with merchants & Dashers.
• Use AI to scale: build AI-assisted workflows to flag at-risk customers and automate tasks.
• Influence the roadmap: present data-driven recommendations to product, engineering, and ops partners.
