Job summary

Intuit seeks a Principal to own the end-to-end strategy for the TurboTax Assisted Small Business Tax portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Assisted Growth Strategy, this leader will drive growth initiatives across pricing, monetization, customer journey, and new opportunities.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Research, Finance and Data Science to stand up omnichannel experiences, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid touchpoints, guiding multi-year planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, growth/marketing, or product innovation and acceleration.
• Experience in omnichannel services industries that combine digital and physical experiences.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of direct reports.
• Strategic problem solving with ability to prioritize and plan in ambiguity.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to model impact and ROI of initiatives.
• Demonstrated business ownership and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-facing storytelling.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities to scale business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 direct reports driving acquisition, retention, pricing, and conversion strategy.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities and influence roadmaps and channel strategy.
• Own customer problem framing and develop learning plans with Research to deepen insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to drive campaigns and features that boost acquisition and conversion.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to optimize customer journeys and in-product upgrades.
• Provide strategic pricing guidance and oversee monetization to hit revenue and ARPC targets.
• Work with Data Science to monitor performance and pivot strategies as needed.
• Partner with Marketing and Product Management in long-range planning and strategy execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and remove barriers to team success.
