Intuit is hiring a Principal to own the end-to-end strategy for the TurboTax Assisted Small Business Tax portfolio in Mountain View, CA. Reporting to the Director of Assisted Growth Strategy, this role leads new growth opportunities, monetization, retention, pricing strategy, and customer journey optimization.

Collaboration with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Finance, and Service Delivery is essential to drive revenue growth across in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience in strategy, growth/marketing, or product innovation and acceleration.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of direct reports.
• Experience in omnichannel services industries that integrate digital and physical experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for driving acquisition, retention, pricing, and conversion strategy.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities and influence marketing channel strategy and product roadmaps.
• Own customer insights and develop learning plans to build deeper understanding of the Full Service customer.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to drive campaigns and experiences that boost acquisition and conversion.
