Intuit Inc. in San Diego seeks a Principal to own the end-to-end strategy for the TurboTax Assisted Small Business Tax portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Assisted Growth Strategy, this leader will prioritize initiatives to drive commercialization growth, new growth opportunities, pricing strategy, and customer journey optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Research, Data Science, Finance, Service Design, and Service Delivery to stand up initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, growth/marketing, or product innovation.
• Experience in omnichannel services that connect digital and physical experiences.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring a team of direct reports.
• Strategic problem solver capable of prioritizing through ambiguity with data-based business cases.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to model ROI with analytics and finance teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end business cases and driving growth.
• Influential leader who secures prioritization across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for executives.
• “Test & Learn” mindset; translate insights into marketing/product actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities to scale business-case development.
• Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 direct reports focused on acquisition, retention, pricing, and conversion strategy.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities through analytics, define product-market fit, and influence marketing roadmaps and channels.
• Own the customer problem; collaborate with Research to build deeper insights on the Full Service customer.
• Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to drive campaigns and experiences across channels.
• Optimize customer journeys and upgrade paths within the Intuit ecosystem to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on end-to-end pricing strategy and monetization models.
• Collaborate with Data Science to monitor performance and adjust in-season pivots as needed.
• Serve as a core strategic partner to Marketing and Product Management in multi-year planning.
• Manage cross-functional projects, removing barriers and aligning PMM, Research, Data Science, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
