• 10+ years of experience in strategy, growth/marketing, or product innovation and acceleration.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of direct reports.
• Experience in omnichannel services with digital and physical experiences.
• Strong financial acumen and ROI focus for growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and secure prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities to scale business case development.
• MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for acquisition, retention, pricing, and conversion strategy.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, define product-market fit, and influence roadmaps.
• Own customer insights and develop learning plans to deepen understanding of the service.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive campaigns and experiences.
• Optimize customer journeys and cross-sell opportunities across Intuit ecosystems.
• Provide strategic pricing guidance and monetization strategies to hit ARPC targets.
• Monitor performance with Data Science and recommend in-season pivots.
• Partner with Marketing and Product Management in long-range planning.
• Advance cross-functional projects by removing barriers to success.
