Job summary

Intuit seeks a Principal to own the end-to-end strategy for the TurboTax Assisted Small Business Tax portfolio, reporting to the Director of Assisted Growth Strategy. The role drives growth initiatives, monetization, retention, pricing strategy, and customer journey optimization across in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences, including local stores.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, growth/marketing, or product innovation.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring a team.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1–2 direct reports driving acquisition, retention, pricing, and conversion strategy.
• Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities using insights and analytics.
• Own the customer problem and develop learning plans with Research.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to drive campaigns and experiences.
• Optimize customer journeys, pricing, and monetization across Intuit ecosystem.
• Partner with Finance and Data Science to monitor performance and guide pivots.
