Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Principal to own end-to-end strategy for the TurboTax Assisted Small Business Tax portfolio. You will drive growth opportunities, pricing strategy, and customer journey optimization in a highly matrixed environment.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, Research, Data Science, Finance, and Service Design to stand up initiatives spanning in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences, including local stores, to achieve revenue growth and ARPC targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, growth/marketing, or product innovation and acceleration.
• Experience in omnichannel services that blend digital and physical experiences.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring a team of direct reports.
• Strategic problem-solving with the ability to prioritize and justify business cases and plans.
• Strong financial acumen to model, estimate, and track impact with finance/analytics.
• Proven business ownership and data-driven decision making in growth initiatives.
• Influential in securing prioritization and cross-functional resources.
• Analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer research.
• “Test & Learn” mindset translating insights into measurable marketing/product actions.
• Excellent communication to convey strategies and results to executives.
• Experience leveraging AI to scale business-case development and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience driving growth through business-model innovation, monetization, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 direct reports overseeing acquisition, retention, pricing, and conversion strategy.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities using customer insights, analytics, and market context.
• Own the customer problem and collaborate with Research to develop a learning plan for Full Service customers.
• Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to turn campaigns or experiences into growth.
• Optimize customer journeys and in-product upgrade paths across the Intuit ecosystem.
• Provide strategic guidance on end-to-end pricing models and monetization opportunities.
• Monitor performance with Data Science and suggest in-season pivots to hit targets.
• Serve as a core strategic partner to Marketing and Product Management in annual planning.
• Coordinate across PMM, Research, Data Science, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to remove barriers.
