Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Growth Strategy & Partnerships Manager to partner with Cash leadership in shaping and executing initiatives that expand adoption and deepen customer engagement. The role focuses on partnerships including Fix Now, Pay Later, and supports high-impact programs to accelerate cash conversion.

The position is based at the Safelite Home Office with in-office requirements and reports to the AVP, Cash, Growth & Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of strategy and insights experience.
• 4-6 years of retail or consumer experience.
• Tableau and/or Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience coding in SQL, R, or Python preferred.
• Prior people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business cases with clear financial impacts and value drivers.
• Contribute to Cash strategy development and innovation pipeline.
• Oversee cross-functional project delivery with timelines and resources.
• Identify metrics and monitor P&L impact; present insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Support cash conversion initiatives across teams; drive innovation.
