Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Growth Strategy & Partnerships Manager in Columbus, OH, to partner with Cash leadership and shape initiatives that expand adoption and performance. The role requires in-office work at least 4 days per week and reports to the AVP, Cash, Growth & Partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in strategy/insights and retail or consumer experience, plus proficiency in BI tools and analytics. This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of strategy and insights experience
• 4-6 years of retail or consumer experience

Responsibilities

• Build clear, data-driven business cases by analyzing financial impacts, defining value drivers, and translating insights into recommendations
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Cash Strategy and maintain an innovation pipeline for long-term differentiation
• Oversee complex projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring alignment with goals
• Identify and track key metrics to assess initiative effectiveness and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
