Safelite Group, Inc. seeks a District Manager to set the long-term market strategy and lead a team of store leaders toward profit and sales goals.

You will report to a Regional VP and supervise field sales and operations across the district, forging strong relationships with associates, customers and agents. You will drive market vision, monitor performance, stay ahead of competitors, and coordinate with national leaders to standardize best practices while coaching high-potential talent and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales; auto aftermarket preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and operations techniques.
• Ability to develop associates so they meet KPIs with the org's goals.
• Present professional appearance and wear PPE.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and implement the vision for the market to grow share and brand awareness.
• Monitor monthly performance against plans and adjust to meet targets.
• Stay updated on competition and adjust pricing, services and offerings accordingly.
• Oversee district P&L; manage expenses and maximize profits with monthly financial reviews.
• Lead through engagement of a mobile workforce and foster a motivating culture.
• Create a positive environment that drives retention and memorable customer experiences.
• Partner with national leaders to standardize best practices and drive change adoption.
• Ensure Talent Review Process for direct reports and coach under-performers.
• All other duties as assigned.
