Job summary

Safelite seeks a senior financial professional to support the Commercial & Customer Experience (CCX) functions in the United States. The role focuses on P&L budgeting, forecasting, paid media planning/reporting, and partnering with Marketing and Advanced Analytics to uncover actionable opportunities for the business.

The candidate will have a background in FP&A or corporate accounting, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and effective communication to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate accounting.
• Background in marketing or digital analytics preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• P&L budgeting and forecasting management.
• Analyze CCX initiatives including paid media spend and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to gather data and insights.
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
