Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Growth Strategy & Partnerships Manager to partner with Cash leadership to shape initiatives that expand adoption, strengthen performance, and unlock opportunities. The role focuses on strategic partnerships, including Pay Later collaborations, and executing high-impact programs to accelerate cash conversion and deepen customer engagement.

Internally titled Cash, Growth & Partnerships Manager, this position reports to the AVP, Cash, Growth & Partnerships and will be based at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of strategy and insights experience.
• 4-6 years of retail or consumer experience.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience coding in SQL, R, or Python.
• Prior people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build data-driven business cases by analyzing financial impacts and value drivers.
• Contribute to Cash Strategy and maintain an innovation pipeline for long-term success.
• Oversee cross-functional projects, coordinate timelines and resources, meet stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and track key metrics and present data-driven recommendations to improve Cash P&L.
• Identify and engage strategic partnerships to drive growth and customer value.
• Support development of cash-conversion initiatives across teams.
