Method Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Strategy & Operations Lead in New York City, with in-person requirements (4x in office). You will partner with the Head of Strategy and Operations and a cross-functional team to deliver transformative initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales, helping scale to thousands of practices in new markets.

The role offers rapid growth opportunities, equity potential, and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making to optimize pricing,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at top tech startups, big tech, finance or consulting firms.
• Strong analytical skills applied to business and strategy problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with external partners.
• Ability to define requirements for ambiguous problems and scale changes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing strategic projects related to pricing, monetization and customer segmentation for RCM and future products.
• Support the commercialization of new product by collaborating with customers and engineering/product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on new markets, customer segments and products.
• Drive 0 to 1 innovation for new products and prep for where to focus next.
• Drive 1 to 10 scaling with new products and establish ownership, workflows and metrics.
• Define KPIs based on customer data and advocate for continuous improvement.
