Job summary

Every Electric, Inc. is expanding its hands-on operations role to scale the deployment of powerbanks across New York City and beyond.

You will own the end-to-end physical operations, from getting units into homes to refurbishment or recycling, while partnering with co-founders to set and execute the operating strategy. In this role, you will redesign workflows, build internal tools, manage warehouses and logistics partners, and design market entry playbooks as the company grows into new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or strategy and operations, owning a physical operation.
• Experience building automation, internal tools or dashboards.
• Systems fluency with SQL, APIs and databases to integrate services.
• Startup experience, lean team, able to move from planning to execution.
• Vendor management: select, negotiate with, and hold partners accountable.
• Proficiency with AI tools and validating outputs.
• Interest in energy and decarbonization, willing to work hands-on in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Define and redesign operating workflows for growth.
• Own fulfillment and deployment across warehouses and partners.
• Maintain serial-level inventory records and revamp reverse logistics.
• Run warehouse operations, safe handling, and compliance for lithium-ion shipping.
• Build and own internal tools and dashboards for fulfillment and inventory.
• Measure costs per unit and negotiate with logistics partners.
• Design the launch playbook for new markets.
