Spring Health is seeking a strategic finance leader to drive financial rigor and business cases across the organization. In this hybrid NYC role, you will partner with senior leaders, translate complex questions into actionable analyses, and guide investments from evaluation to implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate development, business development, consulting, investment banking or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across functions to identify and evaluate high-priority strategic opportunities.
• Translate open-ended business questions into structured analyses, financial models, and clear recommendations.
• Build business cases and scenario analyses for revenue, costs, margin, and investment needs.
• Lead financial workstreams for initiatives from evaluation through implementation planning.
• Partner with Product teams to evaluate financial and business impact of new offerings.
• Model expected impact of product initiatives on adoption, engagement, revenue, costs, and margin.
• Track results after launch and compare to original business case to inform decisions.
