Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an experienced Growth Analytics lead to own the global product-led growth analytics, optimizing the customer journey from acquisition to expansion. You will build scalable systems, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, collaborating with product, marketing, data, and regional teams to drive measurable impact.

You’ll work from our San Francisco office on a regular cadence, influencing strategic priorities while delivering concrete, data-backed improvements across revenue operations

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Growth, Growth Ops, Product Growth, or related field.
• Own growth strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building funnel analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills across customer, product, and business data.
• Translate analysis into scalable operating processes and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Preferred: payments/fintech or high-growth product-led environment.
• Hands-on with SQL and Looker/Tableau/Hex/Amplitude/etc.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, data platforms, and reporting automation.
• Analyze payment metrics and friction points; onboarding/KYC/KYB insights.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk.
• Builder mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end funnel and customer journey analytics across payment and product-adoption funnels.
• Build scalable growth operating systems, KPI dashboards, experiment repos, and QA processes.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Finance, and regional teams.
• Improve CRM, marketing automation, customer data, reporting through AI-driven automation.
• Establish measurement practices with attribution, control/holdout, and readouts.
• Translate priorities into clear execution and measurable outcomes.
