Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership.
• Strong backend, frontend, or full-stack capabilities using Python, Java/Kotlin, React, or TypeScript.
• Proven technical leadership and execution skills.
• Ability to lead and develop engineers through mentorship and guidance.
• Strong ownership, product judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution from planning to launch and improvements.
• Drive technical direction for scalable backend services and AI-native platform capabilities.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales to translate problems into roadmaps.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through experimentation and data.
• Raise engineering bar with practices for quality, reliability, security, observability.
