Qualifications

• 7+ years industry experience with advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to communicate analyses to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Technical mentorship in ML and experimentation within industry.
• Expertise in ML and statistical modeling to drive growth strategy.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production-grade systems.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; knowledge of schema design a plus.
• Experience in tech, financial services or high-growth environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Uplevel the data science team with technical mentorship and vision.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth Product, Engineering to guide GTM investments.
• Design and deploy ML solutions including predictive models and recommender systems.
• Measure causal impact of marketing initiatives using ML/statistical models.
